5.7 million women in the UK are awaiting a diagnosis. Fragmented records, 15-minute consultations, and no continuity in patient records across clinical practices leaves patients without agency or a language for what they're experiencing. DiaLog is a Platform -as-a-Service that treats diagnosis limbo as a condition in itself, and builds the tools to navigate it.

Recommendations currently in private pilot for live probation programme to improve financial literacy serving 10k+ service users across Greater London
Mandatory attendance and random matching for group interventions remove motivation and impact program completion. Proxy research to prioritise user centered approach in a regulated environment with safeguarding constraints. Designed a 3-touchpoint service that earns trust and demonstrates value at every stage for service users and the increases confidence for practitioners delivering the programme.
